Q. What do you charge for photos/video?
A. Our starting rates for residential properties are $170 for photos and $270 for video and go up based on the size of the property. We also have per photo rates and a full price sheet we can provide per request. Commercial properties and business videos vary per project. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
Q. How long do shoots take?
A. The time a shoot takes depends on various factors like size of property, type of shoot requested, and other factors. The average shoot takes anywhere between 1.5 to 2hrs. We are huge fans of always striving for balance. That's why we want enough time designated for the shoot to achieve great results while not taking too long as many properties we shoot are occupied. The 1.5 and 2hr range hits that sweet spot. This goes for both photography and video.
Q. When do I get the photos/video back?
A. On average, photos take 2 business days and video takes 3 business days for processing. While many other companies rush this process in order to claim "fast-turnaround time", we take pride in taking our time to make sure the result is a high quality product. Over the years, we have found clients prefer higher quality over rushed jobs.
Q. How do I receive my photos/video?
A. We will email you with a download link to a folder that has your final photos/video. If you want a link of your video to post online, we will be more than happy to send you a link to your video online.
Q. How do I book?
A. The best way to book a shoot is through email. You can either fill our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call us at (714) 932-3286 to book.
Q. When should I book?
A. On average, booking a week or two out is sufficient, although some clients prefer to do it even further out to make sure they get exactly the date and time they prefer. However, we also do our best to accommodate last minute shoots booked as late as the day before the shoot.
Q. When and how do I pay?
A. When the shoot is booked, we will email out an invoice and require 50% payment to book the shoot time. Payment can be made online through the invoice we email out.
Q. What should I do to get my property ready for a shoot?
A. Declutter. Declutter. Declutter. Nothing wastes more time and masks the beauty of a property more than clutter. Clean, organized properties lead to quick shoots and much better results.
Q. Does an agent or homeowner need to present for the shoot?
A. This is solely up to the agent or homeowner. We have clients that like to be present at each shoot to make sure the properties look their best and we have other clients that just provide us access to properties and leave. We don't require anybody's presence, but we do encourage it if it would make the agent or homeowner more comfortable.
